Election Manipulation Solutions

Once again, no state, territory or the District of Columbia (hereinafter collectively included within “state”) can demonstrate a unique interest in the offices of President and Vice President of the United States. Therefore, all candidates who qualify in any given state shall be treated equally by the state and any State or National Party subject to the following exception:

  • If a State and/or National Party desires to invoke separate rules and standards with regard to how they treat candidates within their own party, such State and/or National Parties may do so if they do not request or receive taxpayer funds or tax exemptions in the administration of their private organization(s).

Since it is unlikely that State and/or National Parties will forego access to taxpayer funds or tax exemptions, it would be far less costly for them to embrace the concept that “all men are created equal” and treat candidates in that manner as well. It also is a matter of treating each candidate and our country with dignity and respect.
