DES MOINES, Iowa – Feb. 1, 2016 – PRLog — 15-year old Brady C. Olsen created quite a stir late last year when his political alter ego, “Deez Nuts,” polled 8 percent in Iowa and Minnesota and 9 percent in North Carolina in his satirical run for President. The nation quickly found out that, along with his sense of humor, Brady is actually very serious about politics and has invested a lot of time to become informed. That is why it is news when he posts a presidential endorsement.
The Wallingford, Iowa, native with libertarian leanings, who cannot actually run for President because of his age, originally endorsed Bernie Sanders on the Democratic side and John Kasich on the Republican side. However, after vetting all of the candidates more deeply, Olsen has changed his mind. Brady posted his official endorsement on his Facebook page today for his nearly-26,000 followers to see. If he could vote, his vote would be going to “Rocky” Roque De La Fuente.
De La Fuente, who passed Martin O’Malley last month with respect to the number of state ballots and caucuses in which he has qualified, has built a strong following among Millennials as well as within the Hispanic and other minority communities.
“I offer a voice to those members of our society that otherwise don’t have one,” said De Le Fuente. “Minorities and Millennials are being taken for granted. They deserve better than that.”
De La Fuente continued, “Other candidates lecture them. I prefer to listen. They have great ideas and are an important part of our nation. We need to start treating them with respect.”
Speaking of which, Rocky has great deal of respect for Olsen. He has taken the time to speak with Brady as well as his parents on a number of occasions.
“Brady really cares about our country,” said De La Fuente. “While he exposed how embarrassingly uninformed a certain percentage of the electorate is, he has done his homework. He’s really quite knowledgeable, and I hope that someday he will decide to really run for office. In the interim, his dedication to becoming politically informed should serve as a model for everyone.”
De La Fuente has been buried by the politics within the DNC, but he continues to work to overcome every obstacle it has put in his way. He supposedly has not been included in the national debates because he has not attained 1 percent in the polls. However, the DNC has prevented De La Fuente’s name from appearing in the polls just as it did to end the campaign of Harvard law professor, Larry Lessig. The only difference is that, like the movie character, Rocky refuses to quit.
From a potential delegate perspective, De La Fuente has a clearer path to the nomination than former Gov. O’Malley. He is in more states, including the critical swing state of Ohio; a state in which O’Malley failed to qualify.
Roque “Rocky” De La Fuente is living proof that the American Dream can be achieved by those who are inspired to pursue it. He has an amazing record of overcoming obstacles and achieving success. From being licensed by the FAA to fly single engine planes at the age of 20 to owning 28 automobile dealerships and becoming Chairman of the National Dealers Council for the third largest automobile manufacturer in the world by the age of 28, Rocky is in a league by himself. He also created a banking network in 1982 to help address an economic crisis in Mexico and established impressive real estate holdings throughout the United States while generating thousands of new jobs along the way. Rocky holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics and Mathematics (Magna Cum Laude) and exudes a passion for his country and for those who seek the opportunity to fulfill their version of the American Dream.
